Quick & Crispy Chicken
This is a very yummy recipe that I wanted to share:
Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Coat chicken with flour, then spread with mustard and dredge in bread crumbs. Warm a skillet over medium hear and spray with cooking spray. Cook chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Makes 6 servings.
I got this from a cookbook my great aunt Martha gave me as a wedding gift. It is called The Rush Hour Cook presents Weekly Wonders. Each chapter deals gives a meal for each day of the week. The recipes are really easy, too!
